【摘要】 目的 :观察牙周治疗对糖尿病患者牙周状况及糖化血红蛋白的影响。方法 :将选择的病例分为牙周治疗组和非牙周治疗组 ,牙周治疗组给予牙周基础治疗 ,记录同一位点治疗前及治疗后一个月、三个月牙周临床检查指标及糖化血红蛋白的情况。非牙周治疗组暂不做牙周治疗 ,记录同一位点检查前及检查后一个月、三个月牙周临床检查指标及糖化血红蛋白的情况。结果 :牙周治疗组牙周临床检查指标及糖化血红蛋白治疗后与治疗前相比有显著差异。非牙周治疗组无显著差异。结论 :对患有成人牙周炎的糖尿病患者牙周基础治疗后短期效果是满意的 ,牙周治疗可降低糖化血红蛋白的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of periodontal therapy on the level of clinical and glycated hemoglobin in diabetic patients. [WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The patients were randomized into two groups:periodontal therapy and non therapy.The periodontal therapy included oral hygiene instruction,ultrasonic scaling and subgingival scaling.It was determined that the levels of periodontal clinical at the same site and glycated hemoglobin before treatment and at one month,three months after treatment.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Periodontal-treated group had a statistical significance in reduction of level of periodontal clinical and glacated hemoglobin.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The result of periodontal therapy in the diabetic patients is satisfied in short time.It can reduce level of glycated hemoglobin.
