【摘要】 目的 :对北京市中老年人的口腔牙体缺失和修复状况进行评价 ,方法 :在 1 995年第二次全国口腔健康流行病学调查中 ,对北京市 35— 4 4岁、65— 74岁各 2 1 32名中老年人进行了抽样调查。结果 :35— 4 4岁中年组现有恒牙平均数城市为 2 7 2 9,农村为 2 6 4 3;牙列缺损修复率很低 ,城市为 2 5 1 % ,农村为 37 2 %。 65— 74岁老年组牙列缺失率和缺损率都明显增高 ,无牙颌率城市为 6 62 % ,农村为 1 8 4 % ;有牙人现有恒牙平均数城市为2 1 4 2 ,农村为 1 8 1 4 ;城乡存在明显差别 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :这提示我们应加强龋病、牙周疾病的防治工作 ,提高人们自我口腔保健意识 ;另一方面提高口腔治疗及修复水平 ,特别应重视农村口腔医疗水平的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The purpose of this study was to describe the oral health status of middle-aged and elderly Chinese in Beijing in terms of teeth present,tooth loss and prosthetic treatment received.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]In the Second National Oral Health Survey conducted in 1995 in Beijing,a sample of 2132 35-44 year olds and 2132 65-74 year olds was interviewed and clinically examined.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]In 35-44 year old age group,the mean number of teeth present was 27 29 in urban,26 43 in rural area.There were only 25 1% of the middle-aged people had prosthesis in urban,while 37 2% in rural.In 65-74 year old age group,the percentage of edentulous people was 6.62% and 18 4% in urban and in rural.In dentate persons,the mean number of remaining teeth was 21 42 and 18 14 in urban and in rural area (P<0 01).[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]This results suggest that preventive oral care and health education for middle-aged and elderly people are urgently needed.Furthermore,more dental care service should be established to improve the oral health status of the public,especially in rural area.
