【Abstract】 The tension leveling process of the elastic-perfect plastic metal strip on the first bending roll is investigated. The conditions to form different patterns of stress distribution, the conditions to allow the metal strip Undergo plastic elongation, the calculation formula of the plastic elongation and the relationship among the elongation, tension and bending curvature or radius are discussed and clearly expressed.更多还原
