【摘要】 清朝是中国历史上的一个统一的多民族国家 ,它在治理少数民族和加强中央与少数民族关系方面作出了历史性的贡献 ,尤其是在西藏少数民族法制建设方面取得了前所未有的成就 ,它的治藏思想和治藏方略对后世影响极为深远 ,特别是对新中国的民族法制建设起了巨大的启示作用。本文着重从“从俗从宜”的治藏法律思想和民族法制建设的任务这两点进行了阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the Qing Dynasty China was a unified country with many minorities. the Qing Government has made a historical contribution in the aspect of administrating minority nationalities and strengthening the relationship between the central government and the minority nationalities, especially in Tibet. And its principle and strategy of administration Tibet has a far-reaching influence totay. Particularly, it brings great enlightenment to the new China’s legal construction in minority regions.
