室温全固态氢传感器研究
Studies on hydrogen catalytic sensor based on Sb2O5-H2O-H3PO4 composite electrolyte
【摘要】 以Sb2 O5 H2 O H3PO4复合氧化物为固态电解质 ,利用混合压膜和蒸发的方法制作传感催化电极和参考电极 ,研制了室温全固态电解质氢气传感器。传感器的组成为 :空气 ,Pd(或Ag) |Sb2 O5 H2 O H3PO4|Pd ,H2 (在N2 或空气中 ) ,考察了传感器的电位响应值与氢气体积分数之间的关系 ,以及温度对氢气传感性能的影响 ;通过测绘极化曲线来研究其应答机理 ,从而分析传感器电位响应值不同于能斯特值的原因———敏感电极上混合电势的形成。
【Abstract】 A novel hydrogen sensor of the solid composite electrolyte Sb 2O 5 H 2O H 3PO 4 workable at low temperature was studied. The electrode was prepared from Pd powder mixed with graphite and Teflon by the mixture pressing and evaporation method. The sensor element is composed of the following electrochemical cell: (reference electrode) air, Pd (or Ag) |Sb 2O 5 H 2O H 3PO 4| Pd, H 2 (in N 2 or in air) (sensing electrode). The effects of H 2 concentration and the temperature on the sensing potential are presented. This paper describes the sensors working mechanism, presumably the formation of a mixed potential.
