激光准直技术在大孔同轴度测量中的应用

【摘要】 介绍一种用于大孔同轴度测量的激光准直系统 ,该系统主要由单模尾纤半导体激光二极管、面阵CCD探测器、图像卡、以及计算机组成 ;采用重心法计算光斑能量中心位置 ,降低对光斑质量的要求 ;多次采样取平均值以抑制光束随机抖动误差 ;采用单模光纤抑制激光束的角漂移。经实验激光参考线的稳定度达到 1.5×10 - 6 的数量级 ,满足大孔同轴度测量的要求

【Abstract】 A fiber pigtailed semiconductor laser collimating system designed for use in coaxiality measurement of large scale holes is introduced. This system is mainly composed of a pigtailed laser diode, a CCD detector, an image card and a computer . Barycenter method is employed to calculate the center coordinate of laser beam and the average of several measurement is adopted to restrain the effect of random turbulence of laser beam.Single mode fiber is used to decrease the angular drift of laser beam.The stability of laser reference line reaches the order of 1.5×10 -6 which meets the requirement of measurement of large scale holes’ coaxiality.
