汽车转向连杆机构的优化设计
OPTIMAL DESIGN OF RACK-AND PINION STEERING LINKAGE
【摘要】 对齿轮齿条转向连杆机构进行综合与分析并建立数学模型。在转向输入的整个区间里 ,使转向中心之间的误差极小化 ,并形成了最终所期望的形式 :建立了目标函数、设置了约束条件并给定了优化计算的初始值。同时讨论了两种典型的汽车转向连杆机构 ,即从动连杆机构和引导连杆机构两种机构的优化设计。探索了机构设计新的途径 ,并对其它机构的优化设计具有一定参考价值
【Abstract】 A mathematical model is developed for the design synthesis of rack and pinion steering linkage .The general objective is to minimize the difference between the steering centers over the error full range of steering angle inputs while fitting into a reasonable space. The model ,constraints, and objective function actually evolve to the eventual desired form.Two typical rack and pinion steering linkage,i.e,the optical design of leading and trailing are considered. Limitations of the model are also presented. New access of mechanic design is discussed.There are some reference prices to optimal designs of other mechanisms.
