【摘要】 PROFIBUS现场总线技术是开放、成熟的技术 ,主要用作自动化系统与分布现场设备之间交换信息。PLC是PROFIBUS的典型主站设备。S7- 2 0 0小型PLC可通过网络、分布系统轻易完成复杂的控制要求 ,可充分发挥其在FCS中的实时性。对S7- 2 0 0的PPI协议进行了分析、研究 ,给出了PPI通讯协议格式及PROFIBUS从站 (PROFIBUS FDL规范 )核心软件改造的流程图 ,实现了PROFIBUS从站和S7- 2 0 0PLC的通讯。该方法提高了系统的处理能力和安全性 ,是一种较为经济和便捷的开发方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 PROFIBUS is open, mature technology used to exchange message between automation system and decentralized field devices. PLC is a typical master of PROFIBUS.S7-200 miniature PLC may finish complex control by net, decentralized system and give play to real time in FCS.The PPI protocol giving the form of PPI protocol and the software chart about PROFIBUS slave remolding are studied,and the communication between PROFIBUS slave and S7-200 PLC is realized.The working ability of system and its safety is improved.The method,which is economical and convenient can be used in projects.更多还原
