双轴织构银基带及YBCO薄膜的研究

【摘要】 研究了{110}<100>双轴织构银基带的制备工艺,通过冷轧及再结晶退火得到了较强的{110}<100>织构的银基带.并且进行了银基带的合金强化研究,在纯银中掺入一定比例(l%,3%,5%)的铜以提高其机械强度,分析了银铜合金的织构状态.在{100}<100>,{110}<211>,{012}<100>3种织构的银基带上用准分子激光(PLD)方法沉积 YBCO高温超导薄膜,并证实了{110}织构的银基带适合 YBCO薄膜的外延生长.

【Abstract】 The forming regularity and the processing technology of textured Ag tape possessing single component {110} orientation were studied. And a {ll0} <l00> textured silver tape was obtained by cold rolling and annealing. Superconducting YBCO films were made grown by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) on the {100} <100>, {110} <211> and {012} <100> textured silver substrates. In order to improve the strength of silver tapes, Cu was added in the silver substrates. The processing technology of textured Ag-Cu (1%, 3%, 5%Cu) tape possessing single component orientation was studied.
