【摘要】 用扫描电镜观察了山溪鲵的咽、食管、胃、小肠和大肠粘膜上皮表面细微结构及断面的结构特征。发现咽和食道上皮表面有比较发达的微脊 ;胃粘膜上皮表面有微绒毛 ,周围的长而密集 ,顶部的短而稀少 ;肠粘膜上皮表面的微绒毛似苔藓状覆盖在细胞的表面 ;杯状细胞分布在上皮细胞之间。同时 ,还讨论了这些结构与机能的关系更多还原

【Abstract】 The mucosal surface of digestive tract of Batrachuperus pinchonii was observed with scanning electron microscope.The fine structural features of buccopharynx,oesophagus,stomach,small intestine and large intestine were described.There were many microridges on the surface of mucosal cells of buccopharynx and oesophagus.On the surface of mucosal cells of stomach and small intestine existed many microvilli,and numerous goblet cells located in the mucosal epithelium.The relationship between these structural features and their function was discussed.更多还原
