【摘要】 研究了除草剂精克草星、苯磺隆、使它隆和乙草胺单独及联合作用时对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪红细胞微核及核异常的影响。结果表明 ,处理 2 4小时时 ,单独作用的除草剂均可不同程度地引起微核率及核异常细胞率等遗传指标的上升。而且 ,在一定的浓度下各指标分别有高峰期 ,其中微核率与对照组差异极显著 (P <0 0 1 )或显著 (P <0 0 5)。微核率与除草剂浓度之间无显著相关 ,不表现出剂量 效应关系。四种除草剂联合作用的微核率等指标反而低于单独作用的 ,呈拮抗作用。这四种除草剂对蝌蚪红细胞具有显著的遗传毒性 ,其中使它隆的毒性要大于其它三种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of four herbicides: Jing Ke Cao Xing, Ben Huang Long, STARANE 2 and Yi Cao An, on micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in tadpole erythrocytes of Bufo bufo gargarizans were studied. The results showed that any one of four herbicides treating alone can increase the frequencies of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies. The frequencies of the damaged items were significantly different in comparison with control group at certain herbicide concentrations. There are not significant correlation betwee micronuclei and concentrations. Four herbicides treating together can decrease the frequencies of the damaged items. All results suggested that four herbicides can cause significant genetic damages to the erythrocytes of Bufo bufo gargarizans. We found out that genotoxic effect of STARANE2 is higher than the other three herbicides.更多还原
