电容传感器灵敏度与结构关系研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究近感探测电容传感器电极结构对灵敏度的影响。在综述和讨论几种近感探测电容传感器结构与灵敏度关系基础上 ,提出了一种具有隔离极的电容传感器。分析了目标出现前后 ,等效电容拓扑结构。给出了理论分析和灵敏度表达式 ,并对两种传感器的灵敏度进行了比较。通过实验研究 ,证明该传感器具有更高的灵敏度和较大的探测距离。该传感器具有广泛应用价值

【Abstract】 The influence of electrode structure on the sensitivity of proximity capacitive sensors is studied The paper presents a kind of capacitive sensor with shielded elecrtode by summing up the relationship between sensitivity and structure of several types of proximity capacitive sensors The equivalent capacitance is studied before and after a target draws near Formulation of sensitivity and theoretical analysis is given Through a series of tests it is verified that the sensor has higher sensitivity and longer detecting range
