有限差分法在复合枪管传热中的应用
FINITE DIFFERENCE TECHNIQUE FOR HEAT CONDUCTION IN MULTI-LAYER GUN BARRELS
【摘要】 本文用有限差分法建立了多层枪管射击温度场的简化模型 ,建立了枪管内节点、表面及接触界面的差分方程 ,计算了某枪管在特定射击规范下的温度场。这对于如何提高枪管使用寿命具有重要的参考价值 ,同时为枪管选材和更为合理地利用材料提供了科学的依据
【Abstract】 A simplified model is founded in order to simulate the temperature fields of multi layer gun barrels of composite materials according to the firing under a controlled schedule Based on a finite difference technique for transient heat conduction,the difference equations of interface, surface and inner node are given, also with the computation results The conclusions obtained are valuable to improve the service life of gun barrels, and they offer scientific basis for the rational and effective choice of materials
