【摘要】 在确定姜黄素无急性毒性作用的前提下 ,我们用姜黄素进行长期毒性试验 ,分高、低 2个剂量组 ,连续给药 80天 ,部分动物停药后继续观察 2周。经一般状况观察 ,10项血液生化指标 ,8项血液学指标 ,大体解剖及病理学观察。结果姜黄素高剂量组〔5 0 0 mg/ (kg· d)〕、低剂量组〔10 0 mg/ (kg·d)〕各项指标与正常对照组比较 ,均无显著差异 ,说明姜黄素在上述剂量下连续服用 80天是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the prerequisite that curcumin had no acute virulent function,we made a long-period virulent test of curcumin,two groups of animals with high and low dosages were formed,and continuously given drugs for 80 days,then we observed them for 2 weeks.The observed items were 10 biochemical indexes of blood,8 hematological indexes,general dissection and pathology.It turned out that all the quotas of the group with high dosage of curcumin [50mg/(kg·d)]and the one with low dosage[100mg/(kg·d)]had no clear difference from that of control group,therefore it’s concluded that curcumin was safe if taken 80 days continuously under the dosages above.更多还原
