【Abstract】 With the establishment of the idea of lifelong education, the role of universities that serve as “talents storehouse” in the intellectual economy development has become more and more apparent. Further education, as a necessary supplement to the full time general education, and characterized by being short period, less investment and outstanding effect, is well received by society. In order to meet the need of the new development, to improve its quality and enhance its effect, the building of qualified teachers for further education must be strengthened. The establishment of the following three types of awareness seems to be the key to the building of qualified teachers for further education: awareness of the teachers’ role in further education; awareness of marketing further education and opening management of teachers; and awareness of its overall development with the full time general education.更多还原
