【Abstract】 Along with the development of the new era, Beihua University was born at the end of 20th Century. This new university aims at developing itself into a key province-run comprehensive university with complete disciplines and curricula, full levels of education, striking characteristics of specialities and strong abilities in teaching and research.To accomplish these goals,we should get a clear understanding of the situation,overcome all difficulties, get rid of old ideas, reform with the determination,and explore a new model and road for combining and developing the higher institutions.更多还原
