【Abstract】 The stock market in China has already been the important part of the socialist economy by the development in more than ten years, and now is trying to accord with the international criterion step by step. It is important and meaningful in the theory and reality for accelerating the development of the domestic stock market chronically and steadily to apply the theory of modern stock combination investment in the west developed counties.
