含能材料切削加工自动化技术
An Automatic Technology on Machining for Compound Material with Energy
【摘要】 从含能材料加工的特点出发,简介了含能材料加工技术从手工加工、普通机床加工、专用机床加工数控加工到柔性加工的发展过程,重点介绍了数控技术、两地控制技术、远控监视技术和加工一体化技术等在含能材料加工中的应用。并对今后的继续研究提出了一些设想。
【Abstract】 Aiming at machining characteristics of compound materiel with energy, the developing stages of machining technology for the material: hand-machining, machine tools machining, special machine tools machining, NC machining and flexible machining are briefly introduced. The application of NC technology, control technology between fields, remote supervisory technology and integrative machining technology etc. in the material machining is emphatically presented, and some future researching ideas are given in this paper.
