离合器片表面温度的测量与表面应力的计算

【摘要】 本文应用红外测温装置测量离合器片工作时的表面温度 .依据测得的某瞬时表面温度计算了离合器片的表面应力 .温度测量结果显示 ,片工作表面热负荷分布不均匀 .应力计算结果表明 ,片某些区域的瞬时应力值超过了材料的屈服极限

【Abstract】 A system for measuring the surface temperature was developed and the transient surface temperature on rotating clutch discs by infrared detection was measured. The transient surface stress in the discs was calculated by the finite element method using the temperature data acquired from the test. The experiment showed that the temperature distribution on clutch disc surface is very uneven. The calculated results present the transient stresses in some areas of the disc are above the yield stress of the material used.
