【摘要】 在分析特殊螺纹油管使用性能需求、专利技术和机床加工能力的基础上 ,以计算机数字仿真技术为手段 ,预测特殊螺纹油管的使用性能和可加工性能 ,反复优化特殊螺纹接头的结构设计 ,最后在计算机上完成新产品宝钢BGT - 1特殊螺纹油管的设计 ,而不再需要象过去那样“设计———试加工———性能试验———若不满足要求再修改设计方案”的过程 ,降低了新产品开发成本 ,也缩短了开发周期更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the service performance of premium connection,patent technology and machining ability of drill pipe,and through the prediction of performance,machining ability and repeated optimization of structure design by computer numerical simulation,the design of the ncw product-premium connection BGT1 is completed.Compared with the old method,i.e. design-trial machining-performance testing-design modification (if necessary),the new method can lower the development cost and shorten the development period.更多还原
