钻杆生产线焊缝热处理冷却系统技术改造研究

【摘要】 在剖析生产钻杆的现用热处理设备的基础上 ,提出采用就地喷雾气冷方案 ,并采用气流量放大原理 ,研制了气流放大喷雾器。既大大地节约供气量 ,又增加气流射速 ,提高冷却速率。研究解决了环形喷雾器喷雾不均匀的问题 ,改进了气雾喷嘴 ,使其伸入到内孔并接近焊缝处。生产试验证实 :加热后感应圈退出焊缝区 ,同时把喷雾器移近焊缝 ,使气雾能直接喷射到焊缝上 ,钻杆焊缝用喷雾冷却热处理后 ,冲击韧性值不但满足要求 ,而且大幅度地提高

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the quenching equipment for drilling pipe production line,by using an online atomization cooling plan,an airflow amplified atomizer has been developed according to the principle of airflow amplification.As a result,the compressed air supply is saved greatly,its jet speed of airflow increased and the cooling rate raised.In addition to that,the uneven airflow of a circular atomizer is resolved and its atomizing nozzle can be stretched into the cavity and get close to the welding joint.Plant test proved that the reheated induction coil should be removed away from and the atomizer shifted to the welding area,which makes it possible to spray directly on the welding joint of drilling pipe.With the above heattreatment,its impact value can be considerably improved.
