【Abstract】 The magnetic acoustic characteristic curve of 16Mn steel, which the welded bogie frames of express freight at 120 km/h are made of, is determined by use of magnetic elastic method. The characteristic curve used as the calibration curve, the welded residual stress is measured on bogie frames in operation at five states. The distribution of the residual stress has been obtained and the results from measurement are compared.更多还原
