【Abstract】 In this thesis, the toll rate plan of Jing-Shen Expressway (from Shijiazhuang to Anyang) is studied as a case. Based on thorough investigation and study, technology and economic means and cost benefit methods are used to decide the toll rate standard. On the other side, considering the principle of the profit allocation between the road user and investor, the rationality of toll rate standard is evaluated to provide evidences for the project management.更多还原
