【Abstract】 This paper reported the pollen morphology of three cultivars of Zizyphus jujuba (Hamidazao, Dunhuangdazao and Dunhuangmingshandazao ) by light microscope (LM ) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).Their shapes,sizes and external were compared.The results showed that the pollen shapes,sizes and external sculptures among three cultivars of Zizyphus jujuba are different in varyig degrees,which can be used to differentiate various cultivars.更多还原
