【Abstract】 Several complete and practical GaAs IC CAD softwares which developed by ourselves are introduced in this paper.The softwares include microwave passive element modelling,microwave active device measuring and modelling,microwave and milimeterwave IC CAD,OEIC CAD,GaAs VHSIC CAD,microwave and high speed MCM CAD.Many communication circuits have been designed using these softwares.In addtion the standard GaAs element,device,cell libraries which developed on a GaAs foundry are described in the paper.更多还原
