高温热管MCT晶体材料生长炉
The High Temperature Heat Pipe Furnace for MCT Crystal Material Growth
【摘要】 介绍了同轴径向传热的高温热管结构、工作原理及其传热特性。根据这种高温热管的传热特性 ,结合Bridgman晶体生长法 ,研制了碲镉汞 (MCT)晶体材料生长炉 ,并利用该热管炉生长出了合格的 MCT晶体材料试样。
【Abstract】 This article introduces the structure,working principle and heat transfer property of radial heat transport high temperature heat pipe with the same axis.On the basis of heat transfer property of the high temperature heat pipe,the mercury cadmium telluride(MCT) crystal material growing furnace was developed by the method of Bridgman crystal growth,and the qualified sample of MCT crystal material was manufactured by the use of the furnace
