锥状电臂半导体制冷器工作参数的理论分析
Theoretical Analysis of Working Parameters of the Semiconductor Cooler Made up of Cone shaped Arms
【摘要】 通过求解导热微分方程 ,推导出锥状电臂半导体制冷器的理论工作参数。结果表明 ,采用锥状电臂不仅可以节约材料 ,而且在达到相同制冷温差时 ,可减小工作电流 ,降低直流功耗 ,缩短降温时间 ,而制冷效率不变。
【Abstract】 Theoretical working parameters of the semiconductor cooler made up of cone shaped arms can be obtained by solving the heat conducting differential equation.The results show that by using cone shaped arms instead of direct arms,not only material can be spared,but electrical current,DC power input and colddown time can also be decreased,and the cooling coefficient is the same.while achieving the same temperature difference.
