【Abstract】 A field emission array is proposed with structure of mesh shape distribution resistor layer.The effect of lateral and vertical resistors on device performances is discussed.Experimental results show that by introducing a resistor layer,the heterogeneity of the emission of the device is greatly improved,while abnornal emission is effectively suppressed.更多还原
