SnCl2· 2H2O催化合成乙酸丁酯
Syntnesis of bytyl acetata catalyzed by SnCl2· 2H2O
【摘要】 SnCl2· 2H2O是很好的酯化催化剂。实验表明,当酸醇比为 1∶ 1.3, SnCl2· 2H2O的质量分数占总投料量的 15%时效果最好,可在 90min内完成催化反应,酯化率可达 98%以上。该催化剂价廉易得,反应时间短,其酯化率和产品纯度都很高。
【Abstract】 SnCl2· 2H2O is a good esterification catalyst,and it was first used for catalytieal synthesis of butyl acetate.The result shows that esterification ratio of 98.31% was achieved in conditions:n(acetic acid)/n(n- butared)=1/1.3,SnCl2· 2H2O operation,no pullution,high rate of eollection and purity.
