圆筒外表面刻环型窄槽底端部应力强度因子K1的数值计算
NUMERICAL CALCULATION OF STRESS INTENSITY FACTOR K1 OF BOTTOM END OF RING-SHAPE THIN GROOVE ON OUTSIDE WALL OF CYLINDER
【摘要】 用数值方法比较了圆筒外表面刻环形窄槽底端部与实心圆柱体中心处圆盘状窄槽底端部的应力分布,证明二者仅差一个常系数,从而以带圆盘状裂纹实心圆柱体的解为基础,给出了圆筒外表面刻环形窄槽底端部应力强度因子K1的有限元分析,为弹丸控制破片刻槽深度和刻槽宽度及弹体材料性能研究提供了重要参考。
【Abstract】 A numerical method is used on making a comparison of stress distribution between the bottom-end of ring shape thin groove on the outside wall of shell and the bottom end of a disk-shape crack at the center of solid cylinder.The results show there is only the difference of a constant factor between them.Thereby on the basis of the solution of solid cylinder with disk shape crack,the finite element analysis of the stress intensity factor K 1 of the bottom end of ring-shape thin groove on the outside wall of shell was given.It provides important theoretical basis for the design of width and depth of grooving of controlled fragment of projectile and the study of projectile material properties.
