【摘要】 1目的　观察解毒散结汤剂体外和体内的抑菌作用。 2方法　体外抑菌试验采用试管稀释法 ,体内抑菌试验采用小鼠灌胃法。 3结果　解毒散结汤剂体外抑菌试验表明其对革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌均有显著的抑菌作用 ;体内抑菌试验表明其可有效降低小鼠感染细菌后的病死率 (P=0 .0 0 6～ 0 .0 18)。4结论　解毒散结汤剂是一种新型的有效的消炎解毒药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To observe the effect of Jiedusanjie decoction,one kind of decoctions of Chinese herbal medicine, in bacteriostasis in vivo and in vitro.\ Methods\ The inhibitory effect was done by tube broth method in vitro and to mice in vivo. Results\ The decoction showed significant effect on inhibiting the growth of bacteria in vitro, and decreased the mortality of mice infected( P =0.006-0.018).\ Conclusion\ The decoction is an effective drug for diminishing inflammation and relieving fever.
