【摘要】 目的 :探讨不同手术方法治疗尿道下裂的临床效果。方法 :84例采用皮管埋藏尿道成形术、膀胱粘膜代尿道术、带蒂包皮内板皮管法三种术式。结果 :皮管埋藏法治愈率 90 .5 % ,膀胱粘膜代尿道术治愈率 92 .3% ,包皮内板皮管法治愈率93.8%。结论 :三种手术方法各有优缺点 ,对于不同类型尿道下裂应正确选择术式 ,合理设计皮瓣。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different surgical methods in treatment of hypospadias.Methods:Eighty four cases were operated with 3 different methods,including urethroplasty with tube made of skin flap;with tube made of bladder mucosa,or with tube made of prepuce intima.Results:The cure rates of these 3 methods of treatment were 90.5%,92.3% and 93.8% respectively.Conclusions:Each of these 3 methods has its own merits and demerits,and none is superior to the other.Therefore,selection of appropriate method and rational flap design are important in treating different types of hypospadias.[更多还原
