【摘要】 目的 :探讨修复口腔颌面部缺损常用组织瓣的选择。方法 :应用多种组织瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损 437例 ,对常用组织瓣的选择原则进行效果评价。结果 :437例不同的组织瓣 ,总成活率达 95 .2 %。结论 :如何选择恰当的组织瓣进行移植修复 ,应根据口腔颌面部不同缺损部位的特点 ,患者不同情况及各种组织瓣的优缺点进行选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To choose the appropriate tissue flaps for repairing the oral and maxillofacial defects.Methods:Various kinds of tissue flaps had been employed to repair the oral and maxillofacial defects in 437 patients.The principles for the choice of appropriate flaps were outlined and the medical outcome was evaluated.Results:The survival rate of the 437 tissue flaps was 95.2%.Conclusions:The oral and maxillofacial defect’s features in different areas,the patient’s general health conditions,and various flaps’ merits and defects should be considered in choosing the appropriate flap to repair the defects in oral and maxillofacial field.
