【摘要】 目的 :观察米索前列醇用于剖宫产术中、术后减少出血的效果。方法 :选择 10 0例剖宫产者 ,随机分为米索前列醇组(米索组 ) 5 2例 ,缩宫素组 48例。米索组于术中切开子宫膀胱反折腹膜时及手术结束后于阴道后穹窿分别放置米索 2 0 0 μg。催产素组于胎儿娩出后 ,子宫体肌层注射缩宫素 2 0u。观察两组术中及术后 2 4h内阴道出血量及产后出血例数、2 4h后红色恶露持续时间。结果 :产后出血例数、术中及术后 2 4h出血量、红色恶露时间、米索组较缩宫素组明显减少 (P <0 .0 5～P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :米索用于剖宫产可增加子宫收缩 ,减少产后出血量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of misoprostol on reduction of peri and post operative bleeding in cesarean section.Methods:One hundred cesarean sections were divided at random into 2 groups:Misoprostol group( n =52),misoprostol 200 μg was inserted behind the fornix vaginae when peritoneum of vesico uterine fold was incised and after operation respectively;Oxytocin group( n =48),oxytocin 20 u was injected into uterine muscle immediately after delivery.The amount of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery,the number of patients with postpartum bleeding and the days of lochia rubra excretion were measured in the 2 groups.Results:The difference in amount of bleeding,the days of lochia rubra and the cases with bleeding was significant between misoprostol and oxytocin groups.Conclusions:Misoprostol is more effective in uterine contraction and in reduction of postpartum bleeding than that of oxytocin.
