【摘要】 目的 :探讨颅内蛛网膜囊肿的诊断及最佳治疗方案。方法 :5 0例均根据头颅CT和MRI确诊蛛网膜囊肿后 ,行显微手术切除。结果 :5 0例手术治疗后 ,恢复良好 ,临床症状全部消失。结论 :充分建立囊腔与周围池之间的交通 ,是显微手术切除蛛网膜囊肿成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate diagnosis and the best method of treatment of intracranial arachnoid cyst.Methods:Among 50 patients examined on CT and MRI intracranial arachnoid cysts were removed with microsurgical operation. Results:Fifty cases recovered very well with all symptoms disappeared after operation. Conclusions:It is essential that intracranial arachnoid cysts may be removed and be as much as possible of making free communication with the cisterns. [更多还原
