海脉素对肿瘤患者凝血机制的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨海脉素对肿瘤患者凝血机制的影响。方法 :45例择期手术患者随机分成 3组 :A组 15例良性肿瘤 ,输入海脉素 5 0 0ml;B组 15例恶性肿瘤 ,输入海脉素 5 0 0ml;C组 15例恶性肿瘤 ,输入海脉素 10 0 0ml。测定输前、输毕、输入后 1h的凝血酶原时间 (PT)和纤维蛋白原 (Fg)含量并进行对比。 结果 :C组输毕和输入后 1h的PT较输前延长 (P <0 .0 5 )。C组输毕和输入后 1h的Fg低于A组和B组 (P <0 .0 5~P <0 .0 1) ,且C组输毕和输入后 1h的Fg较输前呈降低趋势 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。A组和B组间PT和Fg差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 :PT时间的延长和Fg的降低与输入海脉素的量有关 ,与肿瘤性质无明显关系。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of haemaccel on mechanism of blood coagulation in patients with tumors.Methods:Forty five cases with selected for operation were divided at random into 3 groups:group A,15 cases of benign tumors were infused with haemaccel 500 ml;group B,15 cases of malignant tumors infused with haemaccel 500 ml;group C,15 cases of malignant tumors infused with haemaccel 1 000 ml.Thrombinogen time and firbrinogen were measured before,right after and 1 hour after infusion.Results:Thrombinogen time of group C right after infusion and 1 hour after infusion were longer than those before infusion( P < 0.05 ).Firbrinogen of group C right after and 1 hour after infusion was lower than that of group A and B( P < 0.05 ~ P <0.01).The firbrinogen of group C right after and 1 hour after infusion seemed lower than that before infusion but the difference was not significant( P >0.05).There were no significant difference between group A and B in thrombinogen time and firbrinogen( P >0.05).Conclusions:The prolongation of thrombinogen time and the fibrinogen decrease are related to the quantity of haemaccel infused and has no relation to nature of tumor.
