【摘要】 目的 :探讨普鲁卡因对豚鼠接触性湿疹模型的影响。方法 :采用 0 .1%二硝基氯苯涂擦豚鼠耳部 ,激发接触性皮炎 ,每周 1次 ,共 4周 ,建立接触性湿疹模型 ;然后腹腔注射普鲁卡因 ,每天 1次 ,共 14天 ,测豚鼠耳腔肿胀度、表皮朗格汉斯细胞数、真皮浸润细胞数。结果 :普鲁卡因组明显地抑制豚鼠亚急性 /慢性湿疹。结论 :普鲁卡因对湿疹具有治疗作用 ,其机制可能与朗格汉斯细胞减少有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the role of procaine on the model of contact hypersensitivity in the guinea pig,which mimic human chronic/recurrent eczema.Methods:Repeated challenges of the ears of previously sensitized guinea pig with 0.1% dinitrochlorobenzene(once weekly for 4 weeks) induced a typical eczema response,then procaine intraperitoneal 100 mg/kg,daily for 14 days.The number of epidermal Langerhans cells,dermal infiltrated cells and ear thickness were calculated.Results:Procaine significantly suppressed subchronic/chronic eczema in guinea pigs.Conclusions:Procaine may suppress eczema,it acts at least partially by reducing the number of epidermal Langerhans cells.
