【摘要】 目的 :探讨不同类型子宫内膜异位症的声像图特征。方法 :应用经腹和经阴道超声显像术 (TBUS/TVUS)的彩色多普勒血流图 (CDFI)和能量图 (CDE)诊断为三种类型的子宫内膜异位症患者共 80例 ,均经手术和病理证实。结果 :超声诊断为子宫肌腺病 36例 ,卵巢子宫内膜异位症 44例 ,其中 9例伴有盆腔子宫内膜异位症。术后对照 ,超声诊断符合率为 92 .5 %(74/ 80 )。结论 :现代化的超声仪器不仅能对子宫内膜异位症作分型诊断 ,而且有助于与其它出血性疾病相鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 ?Objective:To study the features of ultrasonography in different types of endometriosis. Methods:Eighty patients who suffered from endometriosis were diagnosed by color Doppler flower imaging and color Doppler energy(CDFI/CDE) of transabdomen or transvaginal ultrasound(TBUS/TVUS) and verified by operations and pathology. Results:Thirty-six cases were diagnosed by ultrasonography as adenomyosis,44 endometriosis of ovary,and 9 of them were accompanied by pelvis endometriosis.To postoperative confirmation rate of ultrasonography was 92.5%(74/80). Conclusions:Modernized apparatus can distinguish the endometriosis from other bleeding diseases,and its types as well. 〔更多还原
