【摘要】 目的 :观察眼球摘除后羟基磷灰石义眼台植入物眼窝成形术的疗效。方法 :采用巩膜壳包埋羟基磷灰石义眼台做为眼球摘除 (或眼内容剜除 )术后眼窝成形的填充物 ,观察 2 3例成形效果。结果 :患者获得良好的义眼运动 ,术后并发症少 ,效果满意。结论 :羟基磷灰石义眼台适合各种眼窝凹陷畸形患者的整形。更多还原

【Abstract】 ?Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of a new surgical procedure to reconstruct the ocular socket with scleraencapsulated hydroxyapatite after enucleation or evisceraion.Methods:Hydroxyapatite orbits were implanted in 23 cases for reconstruction.Results:The implanted orbits were able to move satisfactory and few complications were occurred with follow up study.Conclusions:Hydroxyapatite orbital implant is suiable for reconstruction in any kind of ocular socket defect.更多还原
