【摘要】 目的 :探讨单侧唇裂修补术后鼻唇畸形的一次性修复术式。方法 :采用切除上唇瘢痕、红唇凹陷处Z成形术 ,缩小患侧鼻孔、延长鼻小柱 ,将移位的鼻翼软骨充分游离复位 ,抬高鼻尖等方法。结果 :修复 6 8例。结论 :单侧唇裂术后都存在不同程度的鼻唇畸形 ,对其进行全面整复 ,手术一次完成 ,效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 ?Objective:To investigate an operative method for rectifying the secondary deformities caused by plastic operation on cleft lip.Methods:Resecting the upper lip scar,Z plasty of the vermilion pitting,the naris plasty,prolongation of the nasal columella,and freeing and replacing the alar cartilage,replacing of the deformed part and elevating the nasal tip were made on 68 cases of cleft lip.Results:The deformities of all patients were all restored closely to normal.Conclusions:Secondary deformities always exist after plastic operation on unilateral cleft lip,satisfactory results can be achieved through one stage correction.更多还原
