功能食品公牛Ⅰ号抗疲劳的实验研究

【摘要】 以小鼠为对象,采用肌糖原血清乳酸的含量变化等指标观察了新的功能食品公牛Ⅰ号的抗疲劳效果。结果表明,服用一定剂量,一定时间后的小鼠,其肌糖原含量比对照组显著增加,运动后血清乳酸有明显降低,提示公牛Ⅰ号有增强肌体对运动负荷的适应能力,抵抗疲劳产生和加快疲劳消除方面具有较明显的作用。

【Abstract】 The antifatigue effect of Bull Ⅰ was judged by the detection of muscle glycogen and the level of blood lactic acid. The results indicated that when the mice were fed with Bull Ⅰ for 15 days,the muscle glycogen was higher than that of the control. After swimming for 30 minutes,the levels of blood lactate were lower than those of control. These above results showed that the function food-Bull Ⅰ had effects on the capability of adaptation to strong exercise of elimination of fatigue after exercise.
