齿轮磨损故障诊断方法
Diagnosis Method of Gear Worn Fault
【摘要】 通过对齿轮从跑合到磨损报废全过程的振动信号分析 ,证明时域无量纲因子、标准差及倒频谱对齿轮磨损故障诊断很有效 .随着磨损量增加 ,无量纲因子及标准差皆增大 ,1/fm 处倒谱值减小而 2 /fm 处倒谱值增大 .
【Abstract】 Through the gear vibration signal of all wear process analyzed,it is proved that non?dimensional statistical parameter,standard deviation parameter and cepstrum are effective used in gear worn fault diagnosis.Along with the add of the gear wear,non?dimensional statistical parameter and standard deviation parameter add,cepstrum of frequency 1/f m decrease,but cepstrum of frequency 2/f m add.
