固体酸催化合成4,4-二苯醚二甲酸二甲酯
Investigation on the Catalytic Synthesis of Dimethyl?-4,4-Oxybisbenzoate over Solid Acids
【摘要】 用硫酸铝和磷钨酸两种固体酸催化酯化制备了一种重要的高分子单体——— 4,4’ 二苯醚二甲酸二甲酯 ,讨论了醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对酯化收率的影响和反应历程 .与硫酸催化相比 ,固体酸用量少 ,活性高 ,酯化反应时间短 ,酯收率高 ,而污染小 ,不腐蚀设备
【Abstract】 Dimethyl?4,4′?oxybisbenzoate is an important monomer.The influencing factors such as molar ratio of alcohol and acid,temperature,reaction time and amount of catalyst on the catalytic esterification of 4,4’?oxybis(benzoic acid) over two solid acids?aluminium sulfate and tungsto phosphoric acid are discussed. Compared with sulphuric acid,the solid acid catalyst has many advantages:less amount with high activity,short reaction time,high yield and less pollution.
