【摘要】 师范生是未来的教师 ,师德是教师的灵魂。师范院校要责无旁贷地承担起对师范生进行师德教育的任务。目前我国师范生的职业道德意识存在相当严重的问题 ,对教师角色认同也很不理想 ,因此应尽快在师范院校恢复教师职业道德课程 ,提高师范生职业道德意识 ,使他们及早实现对教师角色的认同和定位 ,自觉主动地将职业道德规范内化为个体道德品质 ,铸造理想的教师人格。更多还原
