肠膜明串珠菌的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification on Lecuconostor Mesenteroides
【摘要】 用厌氧培养的方法从酸泡菜中分离出一菌株。经细菌形态学和生理生化特性鉴定为肠膜明串珠菌。再经进一步生理生化特性鉴定为肠膜明串珠菌葡聚糖亚种
【Abstract】 With the method of anti oxygen,a strain was isolated from pickled vegetable.The strain is olated was identified on the basis of the shape,physiology and biochemistry future,and it was Lc.mesenteroides.Further physiology and biochemistry disclosed that it was Lc.mesenteroides subsp.dextranicum.
