【Abstract】 The comparison and analysis of esterase isozyme in mycelium of 15 A.aegerita strains coming from different dimes was carried out with orthogonal slab polyacrylanide gel electiophoresis in this study.The results showed that there were outstanding differences among esterase isozyme zymogran of A.aegerita strains and most strains have its charactenstic band.更多还原
