【摘要】 通过外科手术连续收集活体公兔外周血样 ,用放射免疫法测定血清促卵泡素 ( FSH)、促黄体生成素 ( LH)和睾酮 ( T)水平。 5只健康成年公兔分别安置颈静脉导管 ,以 2 0 min间隔连续采样 1 0次。结果表明 ,血清 FSH、LH和 T含量分别为 ( 2 4 4.95± 4 5.4 9) IU/ L、( 443.64± 1 88.4 4) IU/ L和 ( 1 32 .4 6± 99.2 4 ) nmol/L;LH和 T均呈波动式释放 ,而 FSH的波动性不明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Blood samples were collected from jugular veins by surgery in male rabbits The serum levels of follicular stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) The catheters,from which the blood samples were taken every 20 minutes for 10 times,were separately inserted in jugular veins of 5 healthy male rabbits The results showed that the concentrations of serum FSH,LH and T were (244 95±45 49)IU/L,(443 64±188 44)IU/L and (132 46±92 24) nmol/L,respectively Obvious fluctuation were observed in LH and T levels but not in FSH level更多还原
