施肥量和环境温度对转Bt基因棉抗虫性的影响
Influence of Fertilization and Environmental Temperature on the Resistance of Bt Transgenic Cotton to Cotton Bollworm
【摘要】 以从美国引进的转 Bt基因棉“保铃棉 32 B”为参考 ,比较鉴定我国自行研制的第一个转 Bt基因棉品种“国抗棉 1号”对棉铃虫的抗性 ,研究温度和肥料等因素对抗虫性的影响。结果表明 :“国抗棉 1号”抗虫性低于“保铃棉 32 B”,抗性等级分别评价为“抗”和“高抗”;随着施肥量的增加 ,转 Bt基因棉对低龄棉铃虫幼虫的抗虫活性和抑制生长作用增强 ,低肥时抗虫性降低严重 ;随温度升高 ,转 Bt基因棉对低龄棉铃虫幼虫的抗虫活性增强 ,低温 ( 1 6℃ )下抗虫活性明显降低 ,但随处理时间的推进 ,高温 ( 36℃ )下迅速生长至高龄的棉铃虫幼虫 ,强迫取食转 B t基因棉 ,仍表现出较好的适应性
【Abstract】 The resistance of Bt transgenic cotton "Guo kang mian NO 1" to cotton bollworm breed in China is inferior to that of "Bao ling mian 32B" introduced from America,and their resistant degrees are evaluated at RESISTANCE and HIGH RESISTANCE respectively The insceticidal activity and the growth inhibition action of Bt tansgenic cotton increases with the increase of rates of fertilizer,and decline sharply when lower fertilizer applied The inseticidal activity to low instar larvae increases with the increase of temperature,and declines significantly under lower temperature (16℃) Ten days later,the high instar larvae with high speed growth show fairly good adaptability in spite of forced feeding under higher temperature (36℃)
