不同饥饿程度的异色瓢虫成虫对烟蚜的捕食作用

【摘要】 试验研究不同饥饿程度的异色瓢虫雌、雄成虫对烟蚜的捕食作用。结果表明 ,不同饥饿程度的异色瓢虫雌成虫对烟蚜捕食作用的功能反应均为 Holling 型反应模型 ;异色瓢虫雌成虫在各种饥饿条件下 2 4 h内对烟蚜的捕食量差异不显著 ;雌成虫捕食量大于雄成虫 ,且饥饿时间愈长 ,烟蚜密度愈大 ,两者的差异愈显著 ;异色瓢虫雌、雄成虫间在 2 4 h内的捕食速度 ( V)差异不显著 ,且与时间段 ( x)关系的模型分别为 V=5.861 9x- 0 .80 87和 V=4 .8583x- 0 .72 2 0 ;异色瓢虫雌、雄成虫对烟蚜的捕食量 ( Na)随着时间 ( t)的变化模型分别为 Na=90 /( 1 +e1 .0 886 - 0 .1 2 1 9t)和 Na=90 /( 1 +e1 .2 70 2 - 0 .1 0 1 7t)。

【Abstract】 Harmonia axyridis adults on different ranges of starvation preying on Myzus persicae were studied The results were as follows: The functional response of predation of H axyridis female adults on different ranges of starvation to M persicae belonged to Holling Ⅱ The predacious number of H axyridis female adults on M persicae had no significant difference on various starving conditions in 24 hours The predacious number of H axyridis female adult was larger than that of the male The difference significance of predacious number was increased between female and male adults by giving more starving time and more density of M persicae The predacious rate (V) between female and male adults had no significant difference in 24 hours, the models on the relationship between predacious rate and time (x) were shown as:V=5 8619x -0 8087 and V=4 8583x -0 7220 , respectively The predacious number (Na) of H axyridis female and male adults on M persicae had a variation with time (t) as shown in the model:Na=90/(1+e 1 0886-0 1219t ) and Na=90/(1+e 1 2702-0 1017t ), respectively
