【摘要】以菜粉蝶 ( Pieris rapae L.) 5龄幼虫为试虫 ,进行生物活性跟踪。采用层析等多种方法 ,对瑞香狼毒 ( Stellera chamaejasme L.)根乙醇提取物 (简称 SCEE)中的活性物质作了进一步的提取与分离 ,从中得到 1种活性成分单体。通过物质结构鉴定 ,该物质为 β-谷甾醇更多还原
